Independent private service: SubsidizedHousing.org is a privately-operated, independent information service. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of HUD, any housing authority, or any government body. We do not administer housing benefits, waitlists, or eligibility.

Informational use only

All content derives from public HUD datasets and is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify anything material with the property or administering agency before relying on it.

Not a background-check or screening service

This service is not a tenant-screening, background-check, credit, criminal, eviction, or rental-history reporting service, and is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We do not run or sell background or screening checks. Trust labels shown are informational only — they are not a determination of eligibility or suitability, and each manager remains responsible for conducting its own independent, lawful screening and for complying with all fair-housing laws. Do not make rental or screening decisions based solely on this site.

Fair housing & non-discrimination

We support the Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair-housing laws. The service is offered on a non-discriminatory basis and may not be used to discriminate against, screen, or sort any person based on a protected characteristic (race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or other characteristics protected under state or local law). We do not collect protected-class data for screening and do not tolerate discriminatory use by any advertiser, manager, or user.

Email subscriptions

By opting in to our email list you agree to receive, as applicable, occasional updates about housing opportunities you follow. You may unsubscribe at any time (reply “unsubscribe” or email contact@npat.io). We never market by sharing your email address with third parties, and we do not send bulk unsolicited email.

No professional relationship

Nothing here is legal, financial, housing-counseling, or screening advice. Independently verify anything material before acting.

Acceptable use

No scraping that degrades service, no misrepresentation of affiliation with this site, no use of our contact forms for spam, and no unlawful or discriminatory use of the service.

Paid plans & subscriptions

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise) billed monthly through Stripe and operated by NPAT LLC. By purchasing you authorize recurring charges to the card you provide. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing contact@npat.io; the service remains active through the end of the paid period. Direct inquiries are limited by your plan’s monthly allowance; inquiries above the cap are held, never lost, and renters are never charged.

Demand-lead purchases & consent

Demand leads are purchased separately or included with Pro and Enterprise plans. Every demand lead is a renter who explicitly, knowingly opted in to be contacted by housing providers (“I want housing providers to contact me”), and no contact information is ever provided without that opt-in. By purchasing or accessing demand leads you agree to: (1) use lead information only to offer housing consistent with the renter's stated needs and the Fair Housing Act; (2) not resell, redistribute, or repurpose lead data; (3) not use leads for tenant screening, credit checks, or any discriminatory purpose; and (4) honor a renter's request to stop contact. We may suspend access for misuse. Renter profiles are shared for a housing connection only — we do not sell email lists and do not sell, rent, or trade voucher-holder data.

Refunds: Because visibility is delivered continuously, monthly fees are non-refundable for the period already provided. If we discontinue the service or a placement we sold you fails to appear as described, we'll issue a prorated refund or credit. Contact contact@npat.io for any billing question.

Advertiser obligations

Anyone placing a paid listing agrees to: (1) provide accurate property information (rents, availability, amenities) and update it promptly; (2) comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state/local fair-housing laws — no discriminatory statements, preferences, or exclusions in any sponsored content; (3) not use the service as a substitute for lawful, independent screening or to make discriminatory decisions; (4) not make claims we reasonably believe are false or misleading; (5) honor application and waitlist practices that comply with applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove, refuse, or cancel any placement that violates these terms or applicable law, with prorated refund (or no refund for cause).

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for losses arising from use of this site, including any action taken or not taken by a user, manager, or advertiser in reliance on listed data or trust labels.
